For more than 15 years, Joanna Baboun has demonstrated her sales and marketing expertise in real estate projects throughout North America and around the globe. As Vice President of Marketing for BGI Capital, she is responsible for building and maintaining strategic alliances with developers and brokers for new and prospective projects through South Florida. Ms. Baboun oversees all sales efforts for the firm, coordinates attendance at international real estate conventions, and spearheads local marketing campaigns. She works collaboratively across the company and leverages data-driven insights to develop creative sales and marketing programs for local and international clients.

Prior to joining BGI Capital, Ms. Baboun served as VP of Marketing for Brickell Plaza Development, where she directed the firm’s marketing, advertising and public relations divisions. In addition, she has served as Sales and Marketing Manager for MEISA, where she supervised all forecasting, budgeting and control. Born and raised in Mexico, Ms. Baboun is a graduate of Universidad Anahuac, International Relations CDMX.
