A detail-oriented, research-driven, and business development-minded individual, Ms. Gonzalez joined BGI Capital in 2018 with extensive experience in the commercial real estate market. As the Commercial Real Estate Officer at BGI Capital, she applies her contract negotiation skills and vast administrative experience to secure the firm’s corporate real estate transactions. Ms. Gonzalez is part of a team that has originated over $200 million in commercial real estate loans to date.
Prior to her role at BGI Capital, Ms. Gonzalez was a Transaction/Commission Specialist for ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and a Real Estate Paralegal for Greenberg Traurig. During this time, she developed an invaluable proficiency and understanding of the intricacies of the commercial real estate market, giving her an adept ability to work closely with her clients to structure the most beneficial capital structure.
A Miami Native who is fluent in both English and Spanish. Ms. Gonzalez obtained her Paralegal Certificate at the University of Miami and earned her Master of Science in International Real Estate with a concentration in Finance at Florida International University.
In 2020, Ms. Gonzalez was the recipient of the Florida Connect CRE’s 2019 Next Generation Award, an active award, with a presence throughout the U.S., that identifies young leaders who are likely to be influential in the commercial real estate industry. She is also the 2020 President of the Real Estate Alumni Affinity Council at Florida International University, Executive Board Member of the Florida CCIM Chapter’s Miami-Dade/Monroe District, Board Member of the Florida International University Tibor and Sheila Hollo Real Estate Council, and Committee Co-Chair of the St. Jude Research Hospital/ALSAC Miami Chapter.
